"Crashes about every time I edit"
This app crashes around the time I start editing anything, and I’ve already lost my work twice because of it. It’s really frustrating to use
"Editing feels limited"
I tried using the editing tools and, like I said, they just feel way too limited. A lot of simple options I normally use weren’t there, which made even basic stuff more frustrating than it should be. Like I said, it’s fine for super simple edits, but not great if you need to do anything more.
"Confusing docs and a lot of wasted time"
I was trying to get set up quickly, but the tutorials felt scattered and the docs didn’t really explain the basic steps clearly. I kept running into dead ends and ended up guessing my way through a lot of it, which was frustrating. For a paid product, I expected the setup to be much smoother.

I did get my refund in the end, so I’ll give them that. But i had to chase support more than once, and I’m not the most patient person when money is tied up. The updates weren’t super clear, and it felt like it took way longer than it should’ve. Not a total disaster, just slow and irritating. Would’ve been much better if they’d just told me the expected timing from the start.

"The website feels way too cluttered"
I tried using the website to find some basic information, but everything felt scattered and messy. It took way longer than it should have, and after a while I started wondering if I could really trust the site to help me with anything important.

"Works ok, but kinda picky with my setup"
It works fine for the most part, but it was a little fussy with my setup. I ran into a few hardware issues at first and had to mess around with things more than I expected. Once I got it going it was okay, just not as smooth as I was hoping. Might be fine for other people, but for me it was a bit of a hassle tbh.

I was hoping the discount would actually make a difference, but the prices were still way too high even after it was applied. Like, what’s the point of a discount if it barely helps? Make it make sense

I was hoping this would be a solid purchase, and it seems like it could be decent, but getting it installed was a total headache. I couldn’t get it set up properly, so I can’t really say how well it works once it’s actually running.

"Got it fixed, but the support process was disappointing"
I reached out to pinnaclesys.com support because I was having trouble with the setup. To be fair, they did eventually fix the issue, which I appreciate. But the whole process took longer than I expected, and it was a bit disappointing having to repeat the same details more than once. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not as smooth or quick as I’d hoped.

I paid for the software expecting to get the download right away, but the wording made it sound a lot more straightforward than it actually was. The link showed up late, and when it finally did, it didn’t even work properly. There wasn’t any clear delivery info either, so I had to waste time chasing around for help. Frustrating experience overall.

"Freezes way too often"
This app keeps freezing on my PC, and I’ve lost edits more than once because of it. that’s just not okay for something people rely on to get work done. It’s really frustrating and feels like the basics weren’t taken seriously

"I really wanted to give Pinnacle a..."
I really wanted to give Pinnacle a fair shot, but the more I used the site/software, the less confident I felt about it. Basic things were harder to find than they should’ve been, and the menus didn’t make it clear where I was supposed to go. I ended up clicking around way too much just to do simple stuff.
Maybe it gets better once you’ve used it for a while, but as a regular user, it didn’t feel very friendly or intuitive. Having to search outside the site for help made me trust it less, honestly. Giving it 2 stars because it does work, but the experience was frustrating and not very reassuring

"Format support was a total pain"
Dealing with the format support was a pain in the ass. Stuff I figured would just open or work fine either didn’t work at all or needed some dumb extra workaround. It got annoying really fast and made the whole thing feel way more confusing than it needed to be. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but for me it was clunky as hell and mostly just wasted my time.

"Activation was a mess"
I bought the software and spent way too much time just trying to get it activated. The license key kept failing, and instead of getting real help, I felt like I was being pushed through the usual automated support loop that never actually fixes anything. It’s frustrating to pay for something and then not even be able to use it properly. Really annoying experience overall

"I signed up thinking it would..."
I signed up thinking it would be straightforward, but the subscription and cancellation stuff was way more confusing than it should’ve been. I thought I had cancelled, then I still got charged, and support took ages to get back to me. I kept checking my bank app because I wasn’t sure if another charge was going to show up, if cancelling is this unclear then... yeah, it was just really frustrating. I won’t be using pinnaclesys.com again

"Exporting takes way too long"
I’ve been trying to export some basic projects, and it just takes forever, well, not forever, but way longer than it should. It also keeps hanging on simple renders, which gets really frustrating fast

"Support left me waiting and unsure"
I reached out to support thinking it would be a quick fix, but I ended up waiting days without getting a real answer. When they finally did reply, it felt copy-and-paste and didn’t actually solve the issue. I just wanted someone to let me know they understood the problem and were actually looking into it. it was frustrating and didn’t give me much confidence.

"export quality just isn’t good"
i tried exporting my video, and the final version looked way worse than it did in the preview. it came out blurry, and the darker scenes had these weird blocky-looking parts, even though i went back and double-checked the settings.
i spent a bunch of time re-exporting it, hoping it would fix itself, but it kept turning out the same. it was frustrating because i just wanted a clean finished video, and this ended up being more hassle than it was worth.
